Millennium Way Northbound & Southbound closures, August 2024

Millennium Way Northbound closure 

Millennium Way remains closed Northbound until 06:00 Saturday 31st August  2024 between the O2 Car Park 1 Access and Edmund Halley Way junction. Advanced warning signage and a diversion via John Harrison Way to West Parkside is in place. These closures were for removal of the temporary Millennium Way Bridge and carriageway reinstatement works.

Millennium Way Southbound closure – August 2024

From 06:00 Tuesday 27th August until 06:00 Saturday 31st August 2024, we will be undertaking road closure in the opposite direction also.

Millennium Way will be closed Southbound between Edmund Halley Way junction and O2 Car Park 1 Access. Advanced warning signage and a diversion via Edmund Halley Way East Bound to West Parkside will be in place. These closures are for implementing a contraflow with traffic reopening with 1 lane in each direction on the Northbound carriageway.
